Terms of Service

By installing, accessing, or using the Redirect App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the App provider ("we," "us," or "our").

The Redirect App is a Shopify application that provides URL redirect management services, including:

• 404 error tracking and resolution
• URL redirect creation and management
• Redirect analytics and reporting
• Bulk import/export functionality

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

As a user of the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and use
• Maintain the security of your Shopify account credentials
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of the App provider and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the App without our express written permission.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.
